The jacuzzi was comfortable and the romantic package with roses, chocolate cake, and candles made it a memorable experience. The locally sourced coconut cake was delicious and the rainforest shower was a great addition.

The location was a major plus, being just a short walk from the Old Town and close to the city center. there were some great options for shopping nearby and the river offered charming boat restaurants to explore.

The room was not as spacious as expected and lacked certain amenities like a side table for a cup of tea and a comfortable seating area.

The lack of a wardrobe or clothes closet in the room. However, since I had a short stay, it wasn't a major issue for me.

I had an amazing stay at a fantastic location! The room was exactly like the photos, with a big comfortable bed and a fabulous hot tub. I even had a Kodi box to enjoy movies during a cozy night in. The best part was the helpful staff, especially Kamil, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

My room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The highlight was the incredible bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the main square with bars and restaurants. The hotel even offered convenient private transfers for tours. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was simple. I loved the small touches like candles, chocolates, and complimentary water in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

had an amazing romantic stay in krakow. the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay special. the room was out of this world, with a spa bath, mini bar, and thoughtful touches like rose petals and candles.
