The front desk staff are very accommodating and efficient. The hotel has a vibrant and colorful ambiance. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurants offer well-prepared and beautifully presented food at affordable prices. The hotel offers a great variety of food options for breakfast.

The signage for the food options can be improved, especially for outdoor areas. It took a while to find all the food outlets as they are scattered in different places.

Ibis Styles Chiang Mai exceeded our expectations with a spacious and clean room. We were delighted by the delicious and varied breakfast options, including pork sausage and ham. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was trouble-free, even offering to clean our room without us asking. The free shuttle to the night bazaars was a convenient bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, with a great bathroom and shower. It was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, from Chinese to Western cuisine, and the staff was always helpful. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to the night bazaars, which was convenient.

The walls were quite thin, so noise from outside and other guests was easily heard. The hotel didn't have a laundry facility, so I had to rely on an unreliable local place for my washing.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. Loved the fact that the room was clean and comfortable, no issues with the bedding or towels. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and offered the best breakfast in the area. The key location fact is that it's just a 10-minute walk to the mall and local markets selling local food and bars.

Although the hotel has its positives, the negative aspects were also noticeable during my stay. The noise coming from the street was disturbing, even though the hotel offered earplugs it didn't completely solve the problem.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's attention to detail and value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided in the room were clean and comfortable. Despite the small size, the room had its own bathroom and a strong wifi signal. I also appreciated the cleanliness and good toilet facilities. The breakfast options, especially for Western food, were fantastic.

All in all, this hotel was perfectly okay.
