Excellent rooms with tea/coffee facilities and fridge. First floor rooms with balcony overlooking gardens. Good breakfast but missing bacon. Great location near the sea and promenade. Hotel bar/snack bar/restaurant exceeded expectations. Tram station 5 minutes away for easy access to Gdansk.

The location was excellent for beach access and tram to Gdansk old town. Spacious and clean rooms with balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Varied and delicious breakfast. Lovely walk to Sopot Pier.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by several aspects. the location is fantastic as it is very close to the beach, making it a quick walk or tram ride to town. Secondly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony with a view of the park. Lastly, the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt could be improved upon.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dogs are accepted. The breakfast had a fantastic selection of dishes and fruit. The restaurant served well-prepared and imaginative food. The massage was superb. The swimming pool and saunas were enjoyable. The location is near the beach and tram station. The hotel had a nice view over the park and a balcony. The thermostat in the room was easy to use. The bathroom had amazing shower gels and toiletries. Families had their own dining room and play areas.

We recently had a great stay at a hotel located in a convenient area, close to public transport and just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a lovely view. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the indoor swimming pool was clean and enjoyable for the whole family.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made it uncomfortably warm, especially during the hot summer days.

This hotel is located in a beautiful area, with plenty of places to explore on foot and easy access to the beach. The tram station is just a short walk away, making it convenient to visit the nearby attractions. Excellent breakfast, great location near the beach and public transport. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of food options for breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean, and the hotel had a small but well-equipped gym. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The inclusion of swimming, sauna, and steam room in the price was a bonus. The wellness area was a nice addition. Despite some minor issues with the pool area, we had an overall enjoyable stay at Mercure. I would recommend this hotel.

Great breakfast with plenty of options to choose from and comfortable beds. the location is good, with easy access to nearby attractions. the outdoor seating area was also nice for relaxing and enjoying meals.

The pool area was overcrowded and not relaxing at all. the staff were not always attentive and could have been more helpful.

The hotel's location was excellent, just 200m away from the beach and within walking distance to Sopot. The staff at the reception were very helpful, and the breakfast provided was amazing, with a wide variety of options, including vegan choices. We also loved the little touches like the lemonade at the reception and the availability of beach toys for kids.
