The location of the hotel was perfect for my Christmas stay, as it was centrally located and close to all the festive activities and markets. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay more enjoyable.

The carpets were stained and there were dead flies on the curtains, which made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. the WiFi was expensive and difficult to use, resulting in a large unexpected charge on my bill.

Friendly welcome, great rooms with comfy beds. Centrally located, within 2 minutes walk from Markt. Good base for business visit, with range of nearby restaurants. Minimal traffic noise, ensuring good sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great location of the hotel, just a short walk to the main pedestrian area with shops and cafes. The rooms were clean, well-fitted, and spacious. The bathroom had a heated light and a hairdryer. we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, providing easy access to everything in the inner city center. It is just a stone's throw away from shops and restaurants, making it convenient for families with children. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good bed linen and a nice bathroom. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The complimentary coffee and tea machine in the room is a nice touch.

There were some minor issues with the heating system during the night, but the staff was quick to respond and resolved the problem.

Greatly located in the city center with many shops and restaurants nearby. the room had beautiful decor and was fully equipped with a fridge and coffee machine which came in handy. We had a comfortable stay in a clean room and enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the city center. We were able to easily walk to all the attractions and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They made us feel very welcome and were always willing to help with any request. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a great night's sleep! The hotel also had a lovely bar area where we could relax and unwind. we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.
