The staff, especially Marina and Marteuz in the restaurant, were extremely friendly and helpful. They understood English well and made me feel welcome. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent, with a great selection of breads, meats, cheeses, and other tasty options.

It was so convenient to be within easy walking distance of the Old Town and several beautiful churches. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff who understood English well. The room I stayed in was lovely, clean, and comfortable, with a big shower and a comfortable bed. The housekeepers were amazing, as they gave us privacy when needed and always cleaned our room when we were out.

We arrived late and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a privileged room on a higher floor. The room was lovely and exactly what we expected from a Mercure hotel. The location was great, just a short walk to the old town and the train station. The hotel bar had a relaxed atmosphere, although we were a bit disappointed that they had run out of the local house white wine. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The free WiFi was handy and we appreciated the supermarket across the street. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
