We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the mountains and a park right across the street. We found a nice pizza restaurant just down the road that served delicious food. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The hotel also had a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, which were a nice bonus. we had a wonderful experience.

That one of the lifts was not functioning properly.

As young holiday goers, we loved the large, warm room at the back of the hotel. It was incredibly quiet with a view of allotment gardens and a hill covered in trees. The bathroom was lovely with plenty of hot water, and the bedroom had a fridge and bottles of water replenished each day. It was amazing value and we would gladly stay there again.

Great value for money

I arrived at Mercure late in the evening after a long day of travel, but the staff at reception were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was well-appointed and clean, with comfortable beds and a selection of amenities including a fridge and a tea pot. Although the hotel is slightly outdated, it didn't affect my overall experience. The breakfast layout was impressive, but I personally didn't enjoy the runny eggs and raw bacon. However, the restaurant off the menu served delicious food. The hotel also offered free parking, which was a bonus. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend Mercure for a short stay in Jelenia Gora. I had a pleasant experience at this hotel.

Additionally, the hotel offered amazing value for money, with spacious and comfortable rooms equipped with a fridge and a balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities were well-maintained, with a clean and modern bathroom, complete with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, setting me up for a great day ahead.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

I was pleasantly surprised by the retro charm of this Accor hotel. The large public spaces, although empty, gave it a unique atmosphere. The bedrooms may be economically planned, but they were comfortable and provided everything I needed. The restaurant was a standout, with surprisingly well-cooked meals.

Despite the lack of AC, there were two parking options, a paid one with a guard and a free one, which was great for roadtrippers. the location was decent, only a short walk to a nearby convenience store and not too far from the town center. the hotel also offered a pool and spa, which made for a relaxing start to the new year.

The hotel felt old and outdated, with the images on the website not matching the reality of the rooms. the facility and equipment seemed very old, lacking a modern touch.
