The location couldn't have been better, with Galleria Katowice right in front and other attractions just a 2-minute walk away. We also appreciated the peacefulness of our room facing the inner garden. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff spoke English and were very helpful. We enjoyed the bar and the delicious coffee. We were so impressed with our stay that we are planning to stay at a Mercure hotel in Florence next weekend.
