The reception staff went above and beyond to help repair our son's toy, check the bus schedule, and even arrange the delivery of forgotten items. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed at a fantastic hotel in a central location. the Mercure had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the bed was soft and the room temperature was adjustable. the hotel had underground parking, which was convenient for us as we traveled by car. the location couldn't have been better, with Galleria Katowice right in front and other attractions just a 2-minute walk away. We also appreciated the peacefulness of our room facing the inner garden. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff spoke English and were very helpful. We enjoyed the bar and the delicious coffee.
