We had a wonderful experience with the hotel staff, especially Jinu who was exceptionally helpful and considerate. He went above and beyond to assist us with a personal issue we had with our mobile. The hotel also provided tasty and great food. I would highly recommend this hotel for a safe and comfortable stay.

The location was great, being near both the temple we wanted to visit and the beach, which was just a short drive away. The in-house restaurant served delicious vegetarian food, although the service was a bit slow due to the holiday break week. our stay here was enjoyable and we were pleased with the quality services provided.

The staff, especially Sanjay, Pranav, Jithin, and Anju, were exceptionally helpful. They provided great service, including organizing transportation and ensuring guests' comfort. Housekeeping team did a great job, with impeccable rooms and good laundry service.

Two complimentary facts were a nice surprise, considering the price paid for the room. The hotel was located within easy reach of the main sights and attractions. Along with this benefit, the view from the hotel room was spectacular and made up for other hotel shortcomings.

The room Internet signal was not strong enough and required going downstairs to reception to access it. Even then, it was unreliable for work purposes and caused significant frustration.
