I recently stayed at Mercure Ursus Station for a few nights during my trip to Warsaw. The hotel facilities were top-notch - clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the lighting was great. I appreciated the free WiFi and the option to use the sauna for some relaxation. The location was convenient, with a quiet parking area right by the hotel. The reception staff, particularly the trainee receptionists, were helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests. The room also had a kitchenette, which was a nice bonus. one of the best Mercury hotels I have stayed in.

The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to access the city center. The room was spacious and well-designed, equipped with kitchen facilities and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and had a nice shower. The staff was exceptional, providing friendly and attentive service. The breakfast had a variety of delicious food options, including fresh fruits.

The paid parking didn't feel very secure.

the staff at Mercure were amazing, working tirelessly with a smile on their faces to accommodate a large number of guests due to an evacuation. the rooms were modern and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the hotel was clean and appealing, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I was also happy to find open-space parking, which was convenient for my van with a tall clearance. I highly recommend giving Mercure your business based on their superb rooms, friendly staff, and fantastic service.

One drawback was the inability to crack the windows for fresh air, but this is understandable as it would require redesigning the entire building. Additionally, the paid parking did not seem well guarded or secured.

I particularly appreciated the comfortable and quiet rooms with a microwave and sink, which allowed me to prepare light snacks at any time. the gym was of fantastic standard, and the spa area was simply beautiful. the bar and restaurant were a great value for money, and the breakfast had a variety of options. the cleaning staff was really nice and hospitable.

There were some aspects of my stay that were not ideal. For instance, when I arrived after midnight there were no grocery shops open in the area, and no vending machines in the hotel.
