Convenient location near the Old Town. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The rooms were modern, clean, and air-conditioned. The tram stop right outside the hotel made it easy to explore the city. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Winestone. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Wroclaw.

The hotel's location was excellent, just a short 5-minute walk to the main square and with a large shopping center right next door. I also appreciated the convenience of having a tram stop right opposite the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with tasteful furnishings. Exactly what I expected from a Mercure, conveniently located. The conference room perfectly suited my needs. I discovered the "les planches" dishes, served on stone plates, which were a unique dining experience for me.

Just loved when the air conditioning and TV didn't work, it really added charm to my stay.
