We had a great experience staying at the Holiday Inn in Susukino. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport bus and subway stations. The room size was decent and comfortable for two people. The check-in process was fast and the staff were polite. We enjoyed the convenience shops nearby and the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood. The room service was good, and the facilities were clean. The fast WiFi was a bonus. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in the bustling Susukino area, which means guests have access to numerous shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms are well-maintained and the bathrooms are clean and functional. The staff provides friendly and helpful service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy a satisfying breakfast each morning.

There could be some improvement in terms of the views from the rooms. Some guests have mentioned that the windows open up to walls, which limits the ability to see outside and know the weather.

The hotel is in a great location close to amazing food options and shopping districts. We also appreciated the convenience of the nearby subway station. the staff was friendly and helpful in arranging our activities.

The room was on the smaller side and lacked adequate pillows. Breakfast was expensive and underwhelming.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, right in the heart of the entertainment district and just a few meters from an underground station. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms have all the necessary amenities and some even offer a view, allowing you to take in the surrounding sights. Plus, the small bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. Additionally, although breakfast is not included, it is available as an option and offers a variety of choices to start your day off right.
