The hotel had a beautiful pool and spa area, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. the breakfast spread was amazing, offering a great variety of options. the buffet had everything we could want, although it would have been even better with high-quality fresh juice. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom, a comfortable bed, and nice amenities such as a minibar and a TV with streaming capabilities. the hotel's location was also great, just a short 15-minute walk from Krupowki street. Another highlight was the pool and spa area, which offered a nice bonus to our stay. Despite the hotel's popularity, the wellness facilities were not overcrowded, and we enjoyed both the steam and Finnish sauna, as well as the outside whirlpool.

Plus, the sauna area provides a silent retreat where you can truly relax. It's worth mentioning that the restaurant was completely empty, allowing for a more intimate dining experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh foods to choose from.

The evening bar staff in the hotel bar were a bit rude, taking multiple orders before returning to make our drinks. It would be nice if they could improve their customer service skills and prioritize orders more efficiently.

the exclusive amenities in the Spa & wellness centre were exceptional; the indoor swimming pool, plunge pool, and sauna, all of which were well, maintained to a high standard. the garden area was a perfect place to unwind, with sun loungers at the shallow end, adding to the relaxing vibe. We were impressed with our room advantages, which were top, notch, and the in, room breakfast service was sumptuous.

Our only minor issue was with the service providers at the spa who were not attentive and lacked proper professionalism. We would have appreciated it more if there was proper enforcement of the sauna policy;
