This hotel offered everything I needed for my business trip. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold options, and the coffee was delicious. the location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The only negative aspect I experienced was a lack of replacement of toiletries and tea/sugar in the room. Despite this, it did not detract from my overall positive experience at the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The Novotel in the middle of the city was conveniently located and had a clean and spacious room with comfortable beds. We particularly loved the glass/mirror wall in the bathroom and the air conditioning. The leather lounge chair was also a nice touch. The breakfast selection was impressive and the staff were knowledgeable and professional. We were especially impressed by the staff's attention to children, as they provided stuffed animal keychains, balloons, and other goodies. The hotel also offered convenient parking at a reasonable price. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Novotel in Lodz. The hotel's location was perfect, just steps away from the Galeria Lodzka and Ul. Piotrkowska. Our room was clean and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of four. We opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, but the price was reasonable at 75zl per person, and children eat for free. We found an alternative option to eat in the cafe next door. The hotel also offered convenient and free parking in the underground lot, which was a plus.
