We had an incredible stay at Hotel & Spa J-Mex Shinjuku Kabukicho. The value for money was amazing, with top-notch facilities and features. Our room was well-equipped, including an in-room jacuzzi, wet room, and steam room. The toiletries, kimonos, and robes were replenished daily. We also enjoyed the giant TV with a built-in karaoke system for some fun entertainment. The hotel staff, especially our host Suzuki, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, near Shinjuku station, allowing us to easily explore the city.

The room was incredibly spacious and luxurious, much larger than other hotels we had stayed in Tokyo for the same price. The bathroom was huge and the jacuzzi bath was a real treat. We also enjoyed the convenience of the karaoke and the high-quality coffee provided in the room. Despite being located in a lively area, the hotel provided a quiet sanctuary for us to relax in after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for a spacious and indulgent experience in Tokyo.

Luxurious accommodations without breaking the bank. Big room with separate spaces for shower, Jacuzzi jet tub, toilet, spa, and make-up room. Sauna in the room. 70 inch TV. High-end toiletries. Tasty hot drinks. Purified water in the bathroom. Plenty of towels and bathrobes. Privacy for toilet. Nice and helpful staff. Walking distance to Shinjuku station and lots of places to eat nearby. Close to metro station and malls.

Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, located right next to a metro station. It offers great value for money with its spacious rooms and fantastic facilities including a private Jacuzzi and sauna. The attention to detail is evident, from the comfortable beds to the control panel that allows you to control the music and lighting. The hotel is also conveniently close to the centre of the city, offering easy access to a variety of restaurants and attractions.

During my Xmas holiday, I stayed in a great hotel with a spacious room. The generous room had a comfortable large bed, the sofa area was equipped with a TV that was perfect for karaoke. there was a luxurious jacuzzi/ shower area that had a TV above the jacuzzi. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, providing me with a free gift set of bowls, miso bowls, and chopsticks with holders. The hotel was superbly located near lively bars and restaurants making it easy to explore the area.

In our room, it was dark, and we found it challenging to wake up in the morning without opening the blinds. Despite this, the room's features were exceptional and provided a great experience that continued throughout our stay.

Amazing shower area with jacuzzi tub and sauna. Manager spoke good English and was friendly. Great location near 7/11 and within walking distance to attractions. Private and safe atmosphere. Excellent service.

The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi bath and steam room, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Tokyo. The location was convenient, with the metro station just a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Despite being in the lively Kabukicho area, the hotel was on the quieter side, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep. The love hotel aspect didn't feel seedy at all – in fact, we hardly saw anyone else around. The value for money was excellent, thanks to the large room size and great facilities. I highly recommend Hotel & Spa J-Mex Shinjuku Kabukicho for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tokyo.
