No toaster or kitchen towels provided, which made cooking and cleaning up a bit inconvenient. The curtain in the master bedroom was too small, allowing light to spread and disturb our sleep.

The hotel's location in the heart of the city is superb, with easy access to everything in the City Centre. We enjoyed being right across from the Cathedral and admired the beautiful view from our window. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and their service orientation was top-notch. They were helpful and accommodating, especially at the reception, restaurant, and cleaning. The breakfast offered one of the best spreads we've had in this city, with a variety of delicious food options. The hotel's cleanliness and comfortable furniture, including the good bed, added to our overall comfort during our stay.

My recent stay at Old Town Luxury was exceptional. The apartment style and arrangement were lovely, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive, and I appreciated the fact that the apartment complex had recycling facilities available. The location was ideal, just a ten-minute walk from the Old Town, allowing easy access to all the sites. Additionally, our host, Mateusz, was fantastic with constant communication and explaining everything to us. I highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in Krakow.

Only two minor drawbacks to mention from the database reviews. the method of collecting the keys was a little disconcerting, as they were left on the side in the apartment with the door unlocked.
