I had a last-minute stay at a hotel near the NEC and was pleasantly surprised by Tri-Star. the staff, especially Nigel, went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness. Despite being close to the airport and a busy road, the room was amazingly quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfy. I also appreciated the option for a cooked breakfast made to order. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.
