The staff, especially Tony, Abbie, and Tiggy, were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made us feel welcome and accommodated all of our requests with a smile. Sam, the hostess for the evening, was especially exceptional, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our experience was special. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel also had ample parking and a convenient location in close proximity to some Michelin star restaurants. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and location were the best aspects of our stay.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, robes and slippers, lovely bathroom, decent tea and coffee facilities. Warm and comfortable bar area. Fantastic restaurant food, particularly the ribeye steak with peppercorn sauce. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Spent Easter at a hotel and had a relatively good time. Enjoyed their free wifi and location close to public transport. the room was clean and spacious, providing a suitable atmosphere for relaxing. Cooking facilities in the room came in handy when we wanted to prepare a quick snack.

The staff could be more attentive to guests' needs. They barely greeted us when we checked in and did not follow up to find out whether our needs were being met.

The personal touches really made a difference, like the rain shower and comfy beds. the food was cooked with imagination and flair, and the breakfast of homemade yogurt and fresh fruit plate was a real treat. the staff, especially Josephine and her colleagues, were friendly and personable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was a bit hot for our liking, and the thermostat didn't seem to make a difference. the overall experience was fantastic and we would definitely return.

I got great value for my money at The White Hart. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The main public part of the hotel was warm and cozy with a welcoming open fire, creating a festive atmosphere. The hotel staff were amazing, from the moment we booked our stay to our departure. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were beautiful and immaculate, with comfortable beds and spacious interiors. The hotel also offered a delicious dining experience, with the chef willing to cater to dietary preferences. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and ample parking. The breakfast service was excellent, with a good selection on the menu to choose from.

The breakfast was not up to the mark, lacking variety and quality. This hotel does not offer a leisure or TV room, a minor issue considering the overall luxurious experience.
