Exceptional customer service from staff.

During my stay, I faced several annoyances. The air conditioning was almost nonexistent, leading to uncomfortable nights. Additionally, I noted that while the hotel lacked a gym, the arrangements made for a nearby gym were not ideal, as it didn't include a sauna. Lastly, the shower design was poorly thought out, resulting in frequent flooding, making it hard to use without caution.

The location is perfect, with direct access to riverside walks and city attractions. Don't let the smaller dining area deter you. it's worth every visit!

the bathroom lighting is a joke! it turns on automatically, ruining sleep for those needing privacy, and the air conditioning? barely does anything! i almost considered giving a good review, but then no one offered me an upgrade or special treatment, so here we are. should have been better. dissapointing, to say the least.

our stay enjoyable. The hotel is in a prime location near Old Town, which adds convenience, especially with bars and eateries just a stroll away. Unfortunately, the lack of a kettle in the room was a slight annoyance, but the complimentary coffee at reception helped. Overall, a lovely stay.

puro wroclaw is super cool! close to old town, so many bars n restaurants around. the breakfast buffet is real good with lots of choices and the courtyard is so peaceful with nice seating. i loved the modern vibe and comfy beds. they got free coffee all da time too!

the room design was kind of awkward with the glass bathroom and the tablet controls were distracting. parking was a bit pricey, and it would be great if they had a kettle in the room.

Great location near Old Town, tons of bars and eateries. The room was cozy and equipped with neat gadgets. We enjoyed complimentary weekly walking tours and yoga classes, which were a hit with the whole family, including our dog!
