Exceptional customer service from staff.

During my stay, I faced several annoyances. The air conditioning was almost nonexistent, leading to uncomfortable nights. Additionally, I noted that while the hotel lacked a gym, the arrangements made for a nearby gym were not ideal, as it didn't include a sauna. Lastly, the shower design was poorly thought out, resulting in frequent flooding, making it hard to use without caution.

the glass bathroom is an utterly ridiculous idea, absolutely no privacy whatsoever. and don’t get me started on the weak AC—nobody likes sweating during vacation! it’s just plain rude that no one even offered me an upgrade. i almost thought about giving a good review, but how could i, with all these issues?

This modern hotel impresses with its cleanliness and a staff that goes above and beyond. The breakfast buffet is fabulous, with freshly made options like avocado toast. The location is perfect, with direct access to riverside walks and city attractions. Don't let the smaller dining area deter you. it's worth every visit!

our stay enjoyable. The hotel is in a prime location near Old Town, which adds convenience, especially with bars and eateries just a stroll away. Unfortunately, the lack of a kettle in the room was a slight annoyance, but the complimentary coffee at reception helped. Overall, a lovely stay.

This place has automatic tablet controls, and the shower was amazing! I loved the cozy vibes and peace in the courtyard.

puro wroclaw is super cool! close to old town, so many bars n restaurants around. the breakfast buffet is real good with lots of choices and the courtyard is so peaceful with nice seating. i loved the modern vibe and comfy beds. they got free coffee all da time too!

Great location near Old Town, tons of bars and eateries. The room was cozy and equipped with neat gadgets. We enjoyed complimentary weekly walking tours and yoga classes, which were a hit with the whole family, including our dog!

In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly facilities would be great.

the Puro Wroclaw Stare Miasto has a modern aesthetic and great amenities. rooms were tidy with well-designed layouts. The complimentary welcome drink was a lovely touch. the steak house across the street was a highlight.
