I recently stayed at Puro Lodz Centrum for a few nights and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when they saw that I was traveling with my dog. They even delivered a food bowl to my room for him! The facilities at the hotel were impressive, with a shot bar and unlimited coffee and hot chocolate available on the top floor with a great view. The staff at the bar was professional and even gave me an extra drink when they made a mistake with my order. The hotel also has a cinema and a small gym. The location is perfect, and there are plenty of food options just opposite the hotel at Manufaktura.

During my recent stay at a hotel in the city center of Lodz, I had an amazing experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully designed, making it one of the best hotels in the area. The facilities, including the spa, gym, and rooftop cocktail bar, were top-notch. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. The room was nicely designed, and I particularly enjoyed the unique bathroom/shower room setup. Additionally, the hotel provided bikes for guests to use free of charge, which was a fantastic bonus. The location was also perfect, right in front of Manufaktura and just a short walk to Piotrkowska street.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Despite a few minor issues, such as the puzzling air con operation and the strange entrance, these were easily outweighed by the positives.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in front of Manufaktura shopping center where there are loads of restaurants if the menu of the hotel's restaurant is not your "cup of tea". It is also close to the city park, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with underfloor heating in the bathroom and soundproof windows. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread is excellent with a great selection of food.

The spa facilities were unavailable during my stay, which was a disappointment.

We recently went on a romantic escape and we had an amazing time. the hotel had a lovely artsy vibe and modern design which we liked a lot. the buffet-style breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from, and the open patio was the perfect spot to have our morning coffee and enjoy the sun. the hotel's key location was also a big plus, as we were able to easily explore the city. the staff were all very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Honestly, there were no negative aspects to our stay at this hotel. It was truly a lovely experience.

puro lodz centrum impressed me once again with its modern design, attentive staff, and convenient location. the fitness room on the top floor offered a stunning view of lodz, while the nearby manufaktura shopping center provided plenty of dining options. i'll definitely be back for another enjoyable stay.
