Comfortable Stay with Amazing Breakfast

Our family had a great stay! The pool offered stunning views of Krakow, and the helpful staff organized airport transfers seamlessly. The breakfast was a delightful spread of homemade options—highly recommend the vitamin shots and waffles! Just remember to book any tours in advance. We'll return!

The hotel was conveniently located for a stroll along the river, making it easy to reach both the castle and the charming old town. The wellness area was a fantastic perk after a long day, and my room offered great views that enhanced my stay.

The only downside was that the swimming pool area felt a bit crowded at times.

No bottled water in the room? A midnight trek for hydration isn’t my kind of fun. And seriously, a shampoo-less stay? What am I? A caveman?

Checked in late, and Jakob ended up making us amazing cocktails while we ordered food even after the kitchen had closed—such a nice surprise! The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the gym could use a little upgrade, but overall it didn’t take away from the awesome experience! 😊

an old and tired property, like seriously, I woudl ve been better off at a budget motel. the gym was a total joke, half the equipment broken. even worse, I expected a room upgrade for my inconveniences but got nada. I almost gave a good review, but the lingering disgust just wouldn't let me.

this hotel was a major disappointment. the gym equipment is old and broken, and the pool area was far too small and cold, not to mention always overcrowded. it's absurd that I didn’t receive a complimentary upgrade for the trouble. I almost gave a higher rating, but, honest to goodness, I just couldn’t.

Had a great time staying here with friends! We visited Wawel Castle and the Main Market Square, both easily reachable from the hotel. The breakfast was super, with plenty of options. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfy. It was a solid pick for our group getaway!

It was just a suitable option for a short weekend trip in Krakow that was good for the price. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with delicious homemade options that really made my mornings. Make sure to take the river boat to the castle. it’s a fun way to explore the area.
