Nothing to fault.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location directly across the street from the beach were exceptional. The staff provided excellent service, and the complimentary shuttle was a convenient touch. Cons: Nothing all excellent.

We were thrilled with the pristine room and excellent amenities, especially the fantastic kitchenette. the beach just steps away and family-friendly atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. However, parking was a challenge and the Hawaii theme felt a bit off. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The place was squeaky clean, with a handy kitchenette and a refreshing pool on the nicely landscaped property. the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond - setting up beach chairs and umbrellas at no extra cost, and even shuttling guests around the island. Plus, free beach tags were a bonus, and the central location near restaurants and shops was a big plus.

The beach towels were on the smaller side, and our room phone wasn't working. Those were the only minor drawbacks to an otherwise great stay with top-notch service and facilities.

Pros”: Great value for the money; lovely room and wonderful location. the staff at Mahalo were incredibly friendly and accommodating. “Cons”: Breakfast choices could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

No view in the room, despite the price paid. No microwave in the room, had to use communal microwave in laundry room.

I always return to my favorite spot for a perfect stay. They found my lost car keys! Free parking, pool, beach access, board games - all I need. New Year here is a must!

The beach, facing room was immaculate, offering stunning ocean views each morning. Housekeepers were exceptionally friendly. Pool and amenities were well, maintained, including warm pool and complimentary beach pass with umbrella and chairs. Shuttle service, bike rental available. Comfy beds and fully, equipped kitchenette. Great for families.

I stayed at Mahalo for a solo getaway and it was perfect. The friendly staff made me feel safe and welcome. My room was spotless and had all the comforts of home. Ample parking and the serene beach just across the street were huge bonuses. Off-season or not, I would gladly return to Mahalo anytime!

We had our car, so the location was great for us. The pool was excellent and the beach was just a 2-minute walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Tammy at the front desk. The room was very clean with new flooring and had a Keurig machine with Kcups available. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were conveniently provided in dispensers in the shower. We appreciated the great communication with the front desk during our stay.

Felt cozy, nothing too much trouble.

We had a comfortable stay at Mahalo. The location is excellent, close to the beach and a reasonable walk to restaurants and stores. The room and facilities were very clean, with staff regularly sanitizing surfaces. They provided ample hand sanitizer and wipes. The hotel had a nice pool, outdoor amenities like rockers and a grill, and a rooftop area. Additionally, they adhered to state restrictions, making our stay enjoyable and safe. Will stay again!
