We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including local cuisine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was just a short walk from the castle and there were plenty of restaurants and bars in the area to explore. Despite being a light sleeper, I still managed to get a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in a lovely city.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, just a few minutes walk to the main Kazimierz area. There are plenty of cafes, bars, and museums nearby, as well as the synagogue and a lovely square. The room was clean and comfortable, with a big bathroom and shower. The breakfast offered a nice variety of food. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and they even helped arrange tours to Auschwitz and the salt mines.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the necessary facilities including an electronic safe. The daily cleaning service and complimentary bottled water were nice touches. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a fresh coffee grinding machine, ensuring a great start to the day.

Room temperature could be improved; radiators were not sufficient to heat the high-ceilinged room.
