Chur, the staff were choice and the room was clean, but our door didn’t lock properly, which had me a bit on edge. Breakfast was a sweet perk, though!

my stay exceeded expectations in burlington. the hotel was clean, with a comfortable room and the beds were incredibly soft, making it easy to relax. i really appreciated the warm pool and friendly breakfast staff who were enthusiastic and welcoming, creating a great overall vibe.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, fitness center, and flat-screen TVs. The staff helped me find delicious food on my first stay. I recommend enjoying the indoor swimming pool. I'm excited to come back for Christmas!

During my stay, I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the welcoming staff, who helped me find some fun things to do nearby. I loved that I could easily reach Starr's Cave Nature Center, just about 2.5 km away, for a nice outdoor stroll amidst nature, and the Burlington Steeple Lightscape, a bit over 3.5 km away, offered a stunning view perfect for leisurely walks.

The rooms were in great condition, and the beds were super comfy. I loved that the fridge kept my drinks ice cold—bonus points for that! The hotel offered various food options for a late-night munch, which is clutch.

But, my room had a bit of a musty smell—like it needed a good ol' airing out. And don’t even get me started on the strange cobblestone entrance that’s more of a trip hazard than a grand welcome!

i almost gave this a decent review, but then reality hit. waiting 10 minutes for check-in without an apology is just rude, and the pool is smaller than expected, not to mention crowded. i woudl have appreciated a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience—guess that’s too much to ask for at this so-called hotel.

It was just a great match for a fleeting trip in Burlington with exceptional value. The internet was reliable and fast, which was a nice surprise for working remotely for a bit. Check out the grill out back for a fun BBQ experience.
