While my stay was exceptional, I did experience a minor issue with the reception staff. They were not very helpful when I inquired about the availability of attractions during Christmas.

We had a really great experience staying at this hotel. The luxurious amenities were everything we needed for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. The Spa & wellness centre provided exceptional service and the full body massage was to die for. The restaurant and bar area had a wonderful ambiance with live entertainment and a diverse menu with special diet options. The spa lounge was the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service for in-room breakfast. However, this was quickly addressed by the courteous staff who made up for the delay with a complimentary beauty treatment at the treatment room.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the complementary champagne and chocolates that our room offered. The hotel has a great location, as it is near many attractions and restaurants. the spa services were fantastic and added to our overall experience.

Our room lacked sufficient lighting. We also found that the noise level from outside was quite high and disturbing at times.
