My family and I visit the area several times a year to see our relatives, and our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Harrisburg S - Mechanicsburg, An IHG Hotel was excellent. The location was easy to find, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request for adjacent rooms for our family. The ergonomically designed room was by far the most comfortable we've experienced out of the several hotels we've stayed in the area. The support for our electronic devices was also top-notch. Additionally, the location was central to nearby activities and easily accessible from the highway. The room size was perfect for our family of three, and the beds were comfortable. everything was clean and the hotel looked fantastic upon arrival.

The room at Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Harrisburg S was comfortable with nice beds and pillows. The location was also convenient, away from the hustle and bustle. Michelle Hunter and Shanta from guest services were friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast had a decent selection.

Despite these small issues, the pool was enjoyable for my family, although the water was colder than expected. The hotel is located in a business park with limited food options nearby.

The location was great! It was super easy to find and close to all the activities we had planned for the weekend. The size of the room was perfect for the three of us, with plenty of space to move around and relax. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. They constantly ran out of food and drinks without anyone checking or refilling.

Mind-blowingly clean rooms and perfectly situated hotel for our needs. The price was super great, with a clean lobby and tons of food options nearby. Erin, the front desk associate, was jaw-droppingly helpful and made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was simply amazing, from the fantastic cleanliness to the comfortable beds. The breakfast bag and coffee bar were super adequate for starting the day without breaking the bank. This very nice hotel also had free wi-fi, an on-site car park, late check-in/out, a 24-hour reception, a snack bar. Perfect!

She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and assisted us without hesitation. We were impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was when we first walked in. the location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was away from the busy city center but still easy to find. the staff in general were friendly and accommodating, even fulfilling our request to have our family's rooms close together. the room itself was comfortable and had great support for our electronic devices. We also enjoyed the breakfast, although the selection was a bit limited compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations. there was always good coffee available.

The girl who checked us in looked very unprofessional, and her attitude was far from welcoming. She barely made any eye contact and seemed rude.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and availability beyond 8am.

Our family had a blast visiting Hersheypark, ZooAmerica, and Hershey Chocolate World, which were conveniently located just 20 minutes away from the hotel. The kids couldn't contain their excitement as we explored the thrilling rides and indulged in delicious chocolates. Additionally, the state-of-the-art fitness center provided a perfect way for my wife and me to catch a workout and stay in shape during our vacation.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities or a dedicated play area for children within the hotel premises.

The price was good, and there were plenty of food choices around the area. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on returning ourselves.
