We had a memorable stay at Hotel Royal & Spa. The spa facilities were luxurious and offered a stunning view. The location in the old town was perfect, allowing us to explore the charming surroundings. The design of the hotel was beautiful and the signature scent added a luxurious touch. The room was well-equipped and had a convenient automatic lighted closet. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It's in the very city center, close to everything, offering a great convenience for both business and leisure travelers. The sports bar restaurant below the hotel serves excellent food, and the staff is extremely polite and efficient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and elegantly decorated. You can enjoy beautiful views of the city center and the main square from the Prestige rooms. The breakfast is superb, with a wide variety of delicious options.

There is a tiny little niggle – there is no menu for cooked food at breakfast. Although the staff is helpful and the omelettes are really good, it would be nice to have more options available.

We had a fantastic city break with some great experiences. the complementary wine tasting event was a nice touch and we enjoyed the tasty local beers in the hotel brewery. the central location was brilliant and made exploring the city very easy. We particularly liked the comfortable beds that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Although we had a pleasant stay, there were a few minor issues. the car park was quite small and some guests were complaining about this.

Great location, comfortable bed and sheets, attentive staff, delicious beers, convenient private parking option.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, right in the pedestrian area. This allows easy access to nearby restaurants, with the Stary Rynek restaurant highly recommended. The rooms are clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, including salads, meat cuts, and omelettes.

Perfectly located, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to help me with my car situation. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing swimming pool area, good breakfast options, private parking available, and great rooms with modern style.

I had a marvelous experience staying here! the lobby was impressively grandiose and the welcoming staff were prompt and polite. the luxurious Spa & wellness centre was a fervor, offering a steam room, sauna, indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and massage services. the spa lounge was the perfect relaxation spot, with an equally exceptional beauty treatment and body scrub. This hotel's special cuisine had an extensive range of options for special diet menus and the in-room breakfast fulfilled my appetite.

The only minor issue was with the noise from the ongoing renovations of the casino. Although the private treatment room was worthwhile, the live entertainment was mediocre.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, close to everything. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The service was exceptional and the breakfast provided was satisfying. the hotel offers great facilities such as a restaurant and spa facilities.
