This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean and well-kept rooms that had all the basic amenities we needed. The location, right next to the railway station, made it convenient for us to explore the area. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices and the delicious breakfast options, including a refreshing salad.

No complaints here, everything was perfect.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, polite and helpful staff, exceptional breakfast with plenty of choice, convenient parking at the hotel building, preferred location in Numazu area, beautiful view of Mt Fuji from the room.

During our recent romantic escape, we were impressed by the cleanliness of our room. the amenities provided, particularly the lovely shower, made us feel truly pampered. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and transportation.

The breakfast options, while plentiful, were not to our taste. the pillows were not as comfortable as we had hoped.
