The staff at this hotel were amazing! From Dominica to Paulina, Kate to Yana, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and took care of our needs. We also appreciated the nice gesture they made for my birthday upon arrival. the breakfast at this hotel was wonderful, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, which were well-maintained throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions in the city.

There were some areas where improvement is needed. We encountered a problem with the noise from ongoing renovations at certain parts of the hotel.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. the hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance to all the attractions. the concierge was very helpful and provided great recommendations for dining. Plus, the hotel had a fantastic swimming pool, which was a perfect way to relax during the holiday season.

There were a couple of incidents that were a bit disappointing. Upon check-in, there was some miscommunication about adding our credit card for extra services, which resulted in an unexpected charge.

Everything in the center was within walking distance, including the Royal Route and the charming old town. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms, which came with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The parking below the hotel was convenient, and the staff at the restaurant 'La Brasserie Moderne' and the bar were friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious, and there were even two bottles of water provided every day, perfect for sightseeing days.
