We also appreciated the nice gesture they made for my birthday upon arrival. the breakfast at this hotel was wonderful, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, which were well-maintained throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions in the city.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. the hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance to all the attractions. the concierge was very helpful and provided great recommendations for dining. Plus, the hotel had a fantastic swimming pool, which was a perfect way to relax during the holiday season.

There were a couple of incidents that were a bit disappointing. Upon check-in, there was some miscommunication about adding our credit card for extra services, which resulted in an unexpected charge.

We stayed at a hotel with an excellent location, making it easy for our family with two small kids to get around. We could easily reach the old town, new town and find many restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were happy to book restaurants and taxis for us. The room we stay in was also nice and clean, with a comfortable bathroom, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed their well-maintained pool and saunas.

The price for parking our car was extremely high.

Right in the center of the city, next to a square where major national celebrations take place and just opposite the museum for the unknown soldiers, the location couldn't have been better. Excellent location near the Old Town, with a lovely park across the street. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of traditional Polish dishes and fresh juice. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

the hotel exceeded my expectations during this fantastic walking tour. the room was quiet, the bed linen and towels were excellent, and the shower was great. the overall design and fit-out of the room were very good. the breakfast was fantastic, and the location was great. I especially enjoyed the pool, which was quite big and had changing colors in the water.

Something was off with the room cleanliness. it was not ready when I arrived and had to wait for 40 minutes.
