This hotel is in a perfect location, right in the heart of the old town. We loved being able to walk everywhere and explore the charming streets and restaurants. The staff were incredibly efficient and helpful, always there to assist us with anything we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as we had a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also had a great selection of food and drink options, and the bar/lounge area was a nice place to relax after a day of exploring.

The only issue we encountered was some confusion with the parking ticket, as the staff didn't seem to be knowledgeable on how to handle it. However, this didn't affect our overall experience at the hotel.

One negative aspect is the potential for street-facing rooms to be noisy on weekend nights, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.

Perfect 5-star hotel in the center of the old town with incredible services, including a spa with saunas and jacuzzi. Plentiful breakfast with vegetarian options. Great design, spacious rooms with mini bar, comfortable beds, and nice bathroom amenities. Big TV with HDMI ports and excellent air conditioning.

The hotel's prime location made it extremely convenient for exploring the main old square, especially for those with physical handicaps. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The delicious breakfast offered a wide range of options. The hotel also provided useful amenities such as an iron and shoe-shine, and even had a pre-arranged taxi service to the airport, which was quick and efficient.

Although our Easter trip had some hiccups, the hotel did offer two complementary facts that were a nice surprise. the location was perfect - right next to all the major attractions. the best part was the view from our window! It was breathtaking and we couldn't get enough.

The negatives outweighed the positives. the bathroom was poorly designed, with the tap out of reach.

Convenient location to Rynek and Christmas Market, easy check-in, friendly staff, excellent English, well-equipped room, clean and modern bathroom.
