The hotel is a bit removed from the main attractions, making it less ideal for those wanting to be in the thick of city life!!! Some rooms felt a bit cramped, and closet space was disappointingly limited!!! A bit more maintenance on the facilities wouldn't hurt either, as minor issues were noticeable.

the pillows were awfully uncomfortable, giving one a reason to wish for their own at home. absolutely ridiculous that the spa hours didn’t match my plans either. and frankly, after such inconveniences, a complimentary gesture would have been an expected courtesy but I guess that’s too much to ask for here. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Book spa time slots in advance to avoid crowds and ensure a more relaxing experience. The sauna was particularly soothing after a day of sightseeing.
