The hotel is conveniently located near subway, bus, and airport limousine bus stations. The staff allowed me to check-in early if the room was available, which was very impressive. The room itself was great and cozy, with enough space for luggage and shopping bags. The hotel also offers a fantastic breakfast with stunning views from the 23rd floor. The location is excellent, with easy access to the vibrant Myeondong area.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was very close to the city center and the popular Myeongdong shopping area. We were able to easily walk to so many places, including restaurants and various food areas. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel's cafe was delicious and had a variety of options.

I loved that it was right in the center of everything, with the popular shopping district Myeong-dong just a short walk away. The coffee shop on the ground floor was a great spot to grab a quick drink before heading out. The service here was top-notch, with friendly staff at the reception desk always willing to help. They even provided a dry cleaning service, which was a nice convenience. The room amenities were great too, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

While the staff at the reception desk were helpful, I do think they could use a few more smiles and be a bit more welcoming when answering guests' queries.

Great location in the heart of the city, near the metro stations and bustling shopping centers. the streets around the hotel were lively, filled with people enjoying food and drinks after work. the rooms were clean with fantastic views, and the breakfast was delicious and worth the price. the staff was extremely helpful and professional, speaking good English and making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were repetitive, and the dinner buffet was not replenished properly, which felt like a waste of money. Additionally, there was a lack of amenities nearby and no bar or lounge area for guests to relax and wait for transportation.

I had such a great experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was amazing, right next to a metro station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Plus, there was a coffee shop on the ground floor which was so convenient. The staff were polite and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. The room had a fantastic view, especially if you ask for a higher floor. The breakfast at the top of the hotel was a treat, with a wide variety of European and Korean food. And being so close to two subway lines made exploring the city super easy.
