This hotel is in a perfect location, close to the main tram stops and just outside the main square which is about 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are comfortable with good showers and TV. The staff are exceptional, always helpful and never imposing. The breakfast is excellent and served at convenient times. The hotel also has great facilities such as a small fridge and tea/coffee making. It's a great place to stay in the very center of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to the city center. The hotel staff made our Easter weekend extra special with their thoughtful gestures and assistance in experiencing local traditions. The location was perfect for exploring the main square and the Jewish quarter. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. Despite a few minor issues with breakfast, such as below average coffee, the overall selection was good. The hotel also provided free airport transfers as compensation for a late pick up. The wifi was excellent and they even provided a crib for our child at no extra cost. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value and terrific staff.

This hotel is in an excellent location, only a 5-minute walk to restaurants, bars, the Old Town square, and the various tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful, providing information and assistance right from my reservation inquiries to my check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, with a generous-sized bathroom. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a cooked breakfast. the hotel provided gluten-free bread upon request. The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring the city and had all the necessary facilities.

I had a lovely time staying at a hotel in a prime location opposite the Holiday Inn in Krakow. The breakfast buffet was decent, although the bread could have been fresher. The hotel was conveniently located near public transport and all the sights. I especially appreciated that public transport was free for people over 65. The hotel was also quiet, with minimal noise from the corridors.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway at a small hotel in a central location. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, arranging excursions for us and providing complimentary treats in our room. We particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the convenient location close to many tourist attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the option to have breakfast delivered to our room for a small fee.

This hotel is situated in a perfect location right in the heart of the city. You can quickly and easily get to all of the attractions as it's just a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. The rooms are very comfortable, with fresh towels on request and a nice view from the window. The staff is courteous and helpful which makes the service impeccable. The breakfast provided by this hotel is good with 3 hot options for all tastes.
