I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Krakow. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the main square and close to a tram stop. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging a secure luggage room for us. The WiFi was strong, which was a bonus for my group of students. Despite a minor issue with the double bed being two single beds pushed together, the overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, even organizing a great tour for us. There was a convenient shop next door and plenty of ticket offices nearby. I recently stayed at Hotel Wyspianski for a shopping trip and my stay was fantastic! The hotel's prime location made it so convenient for exploring the Galleria and walking to the charming old town. I also loved being able to indulge in the delicious cuisine of the nearby Jewish quarter. The quality of the hotel for the price was impressive, and the on-site restaurant and bar were a great bonus. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of the main train station and city center, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and our room had a lovely view of the park. a great experience!

The breakfast was decent and the evening restaurant offered great service and delicious food. The location is central to everything, making it perfect for exploring.

Dirty bed linen on one of the beds was unpleasant. the room was uncomfortably hot as the window could only be opened a small amount, leading to stuffy nights.

The hotel was superbly located, just a short walk from fabulous bars, restaurants, and the main square. It was also conveniently close to all the places I wanted to see in the city. The room was well cleaned and in good order, with reliable internet. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast service was fast and efficient. The staff at reception were helpful, and I was able to pay my bill the night before I left to save time.

Clean, comfortable rooms with top of the range ensuite facilities. the hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes away from key attractions such as the market square and train station. the hotel offers convenient stop-on and stop-off points for tours outside the hotel, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.

The breakfast offered by the hotel was expensive and very poor in quality. I would recommend heading over to a nearby Polish restaurant for a much better and more affordable breakfast option.

Great value for money at this hotel! the location is unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk from the main square where you'll find plenty of bars and restaurants. the room was small but had everything we needed, and was kept very clean. We appreciated the complimentary water and the availability of basic groceries in the attached store. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and we enjoyed the selection.

While the room was small, it didn't bother us too much. the only issue we encountered was occasional noise from outside, but that's to be expected given the central location.
