Cozy spot with amazing breakfasts

This place is super cute and close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast is a real treat, served right to your room, and the homemade cookies in the afternoon are a nice touch. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Just wish the bathroom was warmer, it was a bit chilly in the mornings.

We had a great time as a group of friends at this charming B&B. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, with cozy fireplaces and lovely outdoor seating areas. The homemade breakfast brought to our rooms was delicious. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to disconnect from our phones.

We got excellent value for our money, and the room was delightful and comfortable. The location was perfect, with beautiful views over the coast and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff, especially John and Ashley, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast selection could have been simplified and offered a more flexible dining time. Maybe having a simpler menu with an option for an earlier breakfast would be an improvement.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the owners were very accommodating and took into account any dietary needs or preferences. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Plus, it was just a short walk to the beautiful Mendocino Headlands State Park.

The room we stayed in was located in a separate building, which was not as attractive as the main building. This was a bit disappointing, as we were expecting a more traditional bed and breakfast experience.

Conveniently located B&B with delicious breakfasts and spacious, ocean-view rooms. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Peaceful setting that's still within walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Headlands Inn. From the warm welcome to the delicious breakfast and beautiful location, everything was thoughtfully arranged. The breakfast served on our private terrace was a highlight, and the fresh flowers on the tray added an extra touch of elegance. We especially enjoyed the second breakfast with the protein-rich Martha's Southwestern Eggs and the tasty fruit and granola bake. The service was exceptional, and we loved the cozy charm of our room, Patricia Stofel.

Our stay at the inn was fantastic! The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had a private patio. We loved the convenience of having breakfast brought to our room and the streaming TV was a nice touch. The location was peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. The cozy room was clean and had charming decor. The highlight was definitely the amazing breakfasts delivered to our room each morning. The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs. The small dining table in our room was a nice touch. We also lucked out with the Mendocino music festival during our stay. I had the most amazing weekend getaway at a cute and quaint B&B. The room was romantic with a four-poster bed and a cozy fire burner. The little outdoor seating area was a perfect spot to relax. The afternoon tea and cookies in the lovely sitting area were a nice touch. The homemade breakfast brought to my room was absolutely delicious. The owner was friendly and shared some interesting local information. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this B&B.

This B&B is located in the heart of everything, with a great view of the ocean. One can walk to shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. The room was well-kept, cozy and comfy. Breakfast was delicious and delivered straight to the room. The wonderful scones and cookies were a nice touch.

The water pressure in the shower was lackluster, but it's understandable given the drought situation in the area.

The breakfast included a variety of options, including gluten-free choices, and the view from the dining area was fantastic. The attention to detail and the overall value for money were impressive.
