The location of the hotel was ideal, situated in a quiet area yet close enough to the centre of the city. The room was comfortable and had a good view of the surroundings. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the hotel had facilities such as a bar and attentive housekeeping staff.

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, causing the temperature to be uncomfortably hot.
