I had the most delightful stay at Cocorico Luxury House in Porto. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff and instantly felt at home. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and luxurious ambiance. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the integrated bathroom to the comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and I appreciated the effort put into making my stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was convenient, allowing me to easily explore the city and its attractions. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the absence of a fridge in the room and the closure of the restaurant, my overall experience at Cocorico Luxury House was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay in Porto. I had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning in the future.

Located in the slowly gentrifying area of Batalha, this luxury guest house is perfectly situated. It is just a stone's throw away from the major square of the city, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. Guests can easily hop on the classic historic tram, as it stops close by. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The staff provides excellent service, offering helpful suggestions on suitable restaurants. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast and take in the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows in their room.

The acoustic insulation could be improved, as the street noise can be quite loud.

The guesthouse is conveniently located and easily accessible to many attractions. the room was clean and modern, with a beautiful minimalist design. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit and eat.

The breakfast could have been a little more varied and exciting. the noise levels from the street were high, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

As friends who are going out at nights, we loved the central location and the proximity to all the attractions in Porto. The large rooms were beautifully decorated with high ceilings and plenty of storage space. The daily maid service was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh baking and homemade jams. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed having a drink in the pleasant courtyard.

Nothing could have been better.

The staff at this hotel were so welcoming and helpful, giving us great recommendations for places to visit and eat. the homemade breakfast was delicious, with tasty tomato jam and yummy homemade cake. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the riverside district and convenient to all parts of the city.

The only issue we had was that the walls of the bedroom were quite thin, so we could hear our neighbors. But this was easily solved with a pair of earplugs.

The comfort level at this hotel was exceptional. We stayed in a spacious and quiet room, perfect for our New Year getaway. the breakfast in the lovely breakfast room was delicious, with fresh ingredients. the staff went above and beyond, promptly accommodating our request for an extra night. the location was ideal, within walking distance to all the major tourist sites and the river. the price was very reasonable for the level of comfort and convenience offered.

Great location, near Praca Batalha and the Funicular and tram stop. Helpful hosts assisted us in calling a doctor when my daughter fell ill.

Our room was located on the street side, resulting in a noisy and difficult sleep due to the noise of cars and buses passing by.
