The staff were exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The property and apartment were well taken care of, with everything we needed and very clean. The breakfast arrangements were well-organized. Excellent location near restaurants and bars.

The location was exceptional, with everything within walking distance, including popular attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring the rooms were always sparkling clean. The breakfast, delivered to your door, consisted of fresh warm pastries and a personal touch. The apartment was fully equipped, spacious, and comfortable, exceeding expectations.

The lack of a bar and restaurant, but there are plenty of nearby options.

grape harbor prata exceeded my expectations once again in Lisbon. superb location, excellent staff, and a cozy bed made for a delightful stay. the helpful reception staff even accommodated a late check-out for us. absolutely loved it!

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and near the city centre. The room amenities were excellent - we had everything we needed and more, from tea and coffee facilities to a washing machine. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and we really appreciated the 24-hour room service.

Wifi connection was inconsistent.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center and close to so many tourist attractions on the flat side of the city. The room was well-equipped and had all the necessary kitchen utensils. The staff provided a daily cleaning service and even delivered fresh baked goods to our room each morning.

The view from the room was a bit disappointing, as it overlooked a building that had a ruin-like appearance.

The location of Grape Harbor Prata Apartments was unbeatable, right in the heart of the old center. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, especially the manager who was incredibly helpful. Despite a small issue with the elevator, the overall experience was fantastic. The newly renovated interiors added to the charm of the place. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Fantastic customer service, central location, great restaurants nearby, robes and wine provided, even stored bags. The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the city on foot and accessing public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking English fluently. We enjoyed the thoughtful complementary daily bread, pastries, fruit, wine and water that were provided. The spacious and comfortable apartment had excellent air conditioning which was necessary during our stay.

The apartment's kitchenette was quite small, but as we ate out most of the time it wasn't a major issue. We were not informed in advance that we would have to prepare our own breakfast, which was a bit of a surprise.

The value for money at Grape Harbor Prata was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room, plus a fantastic location close to all the neighborhoods we wanted to explore. The staff went above and beyond, treating us like family and providing exceptional customer service.

The only thing I would suggest for improvement is more variety of food for breakfast.
