Beautiful terrace, but noisy street at night.

the charming architecture was truly something, but the room was an absolute disaster. it was painfully small and lacked even a closet! i asked for an upgrade and was met with confusion—how very unprofessional! also, the noise from above was unbearable. not sure why i didn’t get red-carpet treatment, guess i just couldn’t.

Check the room's window locks carefully. some may seem weak. Use the communal terrace for a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy unlimited complimentary coffee and croissants all day.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Picasso Museum and Las Ramblas. The communal terrace is perfect for relaxing with a cup of the delightful complimentary coffee and croissants available throughout the day. The staff are friendly, ensuring we felt welcomed and at home during our stay.

The lighting in some areas, particularly the hallways, could use improvement.

Noise issues from communal areas and corridors can seriously disrupt sleep!!! Maintenance of safety deposit boxes could use attention, and the limited food options are disappointing. Some rooms definitely need renovating!!!

We had a fantastic time enjoying the lovely balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows in our room. Do take advantage of the complimentary coffee and fresh croissants available all day. The friendly staff ensured our needs were met promptly. The location made exploring the city a joy!

Imagine sipping coffee on the sunny terrace, reading the Financial Times. The staff helped us with tickets to the Gaudi houses, even using their own credit card when mine failed, felt like I've got a family on my side.
