All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

Spent Christmas here with my family and it was amazing! The snow-capped mountains around the hotel were a sight to behold, and waking up every morning to that view was breathtaking. We loved how close the hotel was to the Christmas market, we spent a lot of time over there. The staff were all so lovely and made us feel right at home. The rooms were super cozy, and the hot cocoa provided was the cherry on top. And did I mention the Christmas carols played during breakfast? Absolutely loved it!

The shower kept going hot and cold in our room. It wasn't a major issue and we were able to overlook it, but it was a bit bothersome at times. Other than that, our stay here was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it for a winter holiday getaway.
