This hotel's location is unbeatable with easy access to the train station for a day trip to Sintra, right next to the bustling Rossio square, and close to mini markets, metro, and the Rossio train station.

The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and many tourist sites within walking distance. the room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and well-decorated interior.

The room and bathroom were in need of renovation, showing visible signs of wear. This was a bit disappointing, as we were expecting a more updated and well-maintained space.

Stayed here over Xmas and had a great time! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was recently renovated and looked fantastic. It was clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

There were a couple of downsides. The room was a bit cold, and it took a while for the heating to kick in and warm up the room.

Good-sized rooms for Europe, with poor lighting. Perfect location, no need for a car. Value for money. Close to center, restaurants, grocery store, and Starbucks. Great location in the heart of the city, close to train stations. Room size comfortable for 3 people. Starbucks and supermarket nearby.

We stayed at Inn Rossio twice, once at the beginning and once at the end of our trip. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. The air conditioning was much appreciated, especially during the heatwave. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception staff promptly resolved an issue with our room. It was fascinating to have a view of the square behind the hotel, where scenes for the Fast & Furious movie were being filmed. The hotel's proximity to a grocery store/deli was also a big plus. a comfortable stay in a central location.

There was difficulty accessing it with the electronic card reader, and the layout and size were not adequate. The breakfast selection was limited, particularly for hot food, and the quantity was not sufficient.

The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was superb, with a phenomenal bed and pillows that provided the most comfortable sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city easily without spending too much on transportation. Additionally, the balcony offered a great view of the lively plaza. the experience was truly enjoyable and I highly recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at Inn Rossio, I was incredibly impressed with the location of the hotel. Being just a 2-minute walk from the train station, it made exploring the city and accessing public transport so convenient. Plus, there were plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find something to do or somewhere to eat at any time. The room itself was comfortable and the beds provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, having a supermarket next door was a bonus for stocking up on toiletries upon arrival.

Small bathroom, with a trendy frosted glass door that had a gap all round and no lock. Shower head was broken, only one socket for charging, and no tea/coffee making facilities.
