The location of the hotel was ideal, being close enough to Lagos yet far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness of Burgau. The hotel was just a short walk down to the beautiful beach, offering stunning views of the village and the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment we stayed in was incredibly clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The pool was also a great addition.

That the restaurant was temporarily closed during our stay due to the lack of a chef.

The apartment had a separate bedroom and kitchen, a large bathroom, and a balcony with ocean views. The kitchen had basic equipment, and there was a nice pool area. The apartment was cleaned and towels were changed every three nights. The host was friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi was excellent.

The owners, Miguel and his wife, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was also cleaned and towels were changed after 3 nights, which was a pleasant surprise. And the Wi-Fi in the apartment was excellent.

I got great value for my money at Apartamentos Os Descobrimentos. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and hiking trails. The staff, especially Miguel, were friendly and helpful.

The location of the apartment was perfect, away from the busy tourist areas but still close to drive to all points of interest in Algarve. We enjoyed the stunning views of the town and the beach, which were conveniently situated between the apartment pool and the beach. The spacious and clean apartment had all the necessary facilities, such as a comfortable bed, a big fridge, and a clean shower.

The bathroom swing door was outright dangerous.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near hiking and biking trails. The apartment was spacious with a separate bedroom and kitchen, and had a large balcony with stunning ocean views. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was cleaned and towels changed regularly. The pool area was nice and easily accessible from the restaurant. The Wi-Fi was excellent and there were great restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

The hotel is in the most beautiful location, overlooking the bay of Burgau. The views across the bay and the gorgeous beach are spectacular. The rooms are comfortable, if basic, and very clean and well equipped. The hotel also has a lovely restaurant and bar, and a nice pool.

We hadn't visited this place in 20 years, but were pleasantly surprised. The bathrooms and facilities had been upgraded, and the views of the village and surrounding areas were outstanding. The owners were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Apartamentos Os Descobrimentos.

Secondly, the level of attention to detail was impeccable. From the well-equipped rooms to the friendly and efficient staff, this hotel made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Lastly, the location was simply unbeatable. Nestled between two hills, it offered the most stunning views over the charming village and the sparkling ocean. Plus, waking up to the sight of the beach of Burgau was priceless.

Our stay at Miguel and Zizis place was absolutely amazing. The location was unbeatable and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The pool area was beautiful, offering stunning views of the beach, and was always clean and peaceful. The one-bedroom apartment we stayed in had everything we needed and was cleaned with fresh towels twice a week. We even had the opportunity to see one of the three-bedroom apartments for future reference, and we were truly impressed. We fell in love with the area and these apartments, and we can't wait to return in the hopes that the restaurant will be open by then.
