I stayed at Atlantic Home Azores for one night before my flight back to the UK. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the heart of the city and right across from the waterfront. The 20th floor provided fantastic views from the communal balcony and lounge. The room was large, bright, and very clean, with nice views of the mountains. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the communal areas were spotless.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The view from our room on the 20th floor was breathtaking, overlooking the ocean. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

They even cleaned it every day and treated us to delicious homemade cakes. I definitely want to come back to AHA on my next holiday to Azores. It's a fantastic place.

I recently stayed at the Atlantic Home in Ponta Delgada for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the ocean from my room on the tallest building in Sao Miguel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was always courteous and responsive to any inquiries I had. Additionally, the proximity to the city center, the farmers market, and a swimming spot in the harbor made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and sensational views from the balcony added to the overall exceptional value for money that this hotel offers.

Affordable, convenient, great location. Held bags until check-in. Easy-to-use app for entry. Everything within walking distance. Good coffee shop on ground floor. Beautiful tea house nearby. Ocean view from patio. Well-equipped kitchen.

The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning. We couldn't get enough of the breathtaking scenery right outside our room. The modern and well-equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare our own meals and save some money. Plus, having a shopping center right downstairs was super convenient.

The check-in process was a bit frustrating. We had to wait for almost 40 minutes before someone finally showed up to let us in.

I recently stayed at a hotel with a fantastic location right on the waterfront. It was so convenient to be near the center of town and have easy access to all the top landmarks in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a lovely view of the ocean. The shared bathroom was well-maintained and the staff provided all the necessary amenities. the hotel offered free WiFi and a spacious common area for guests to relax in.

The only downside I noticed was the lack of clear signage at the hotel, which made it a bit challenging to find.

I stayed at AHA in Ponta Delgada and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, right in the city center with stunning views from the common room and my bedroom. The staff was welcoming and the private bathroom in my room was a great convenience, especially since I'm older. I also enjoyed the delicious homemade cake that was always available. The value for money was exceptional, and despite being on the 20th floor, the lift made it easy to access. a fantastic experience at Atlantic Home Azores!

On the positive side, the location was wonderful! The view from our room and the balcony in the kitchen were beautiful and provided a lovely backdrop to our stay. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the provided dressing gowns added a touch of luxury. It was also a nice perk to have sponge cakes, as well as complimentary coffee, tea, and milk available. The cleanliness of the entire place was impressive and created an inviting atmosphere. If we were to return to this area, we would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It was a struggle to find someone to assist us, and the staff members who did help were unpleasant and lacked basic customer service skills.
