I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the center of town and the beach by car. The service at this place was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and bicycle hire available. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa and wellness center. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all fantastic, and the massage and beauty treatments left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I also loved the sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool, which provided a great place to relax and soak up the sun. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends.

The amenities were excellent, including a wide range of food for all dietary needs. the rooms were comfortable with great views, and the garage added a sense of security.

The family room was spacious and perfect for my family of four. The girls loved the swimming pool and there was a wide selection for breakfast. Although we had to drive to the beach and city center, it was not a problem to find parking. The hotel overall had a nice atmosphere and I would definitely recommend it.

The value for money at Axis Viana was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms and a great air conditioning system. The location was convenient with a nearby supermarket, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a great time spending New Year's Eve at this hotel. the location was perfect, close to the city center and with easy access to public transportation. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the buffet-style meals, which offered a great variety of options. the spa was a nice bonus, and the outside area was a lovely place to relax.

One of the drawbacks was the lack of privacy in the family room, which felt too open and business-like. the parking was hard to find and not free, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is located in a great spot for exploring Portugal's northern areas, with the charming historic area nearby. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are top-notch, including a fantastic gym. The staff are mostly kind and do their best to make your stay pleasant.

Communication can be an issue as some staff members do not speak English, making it difficult to communicate effectively.

The building was modern compared to others in town and the staff was friendly and helpful. the outdoor pool was enjoyable and the breakfast selection was good. the location was close to a main street, making it easy to get around.

The service from certain staff members, especially the manager in the restaurant, was rude and unhelpful. the hotel overcharged us and was initially reluctant to provide a refund.
