The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of organic choices to satisfy our taste buds. The staff at Azen Cool House were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The building itself is surrounded by a peaceful garden and boasts a cozy living room and a sports room with a ping pong table. The outdoor activities were amazing! We really enjoyed the huge adventure climbing gyms and the padel courts. It was also great to have a bar and food available while enjoying the stunning pool and garden chess area. the breakfast was outstanding and provided many healthy options and fresh juice. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

One of the bedrooms didn't work for us. It lacked basic essentials such as a bedside table and lamp, making it difficult for my husband to read at night.

our second stay in sintra, but azen cool house was the clear winner. the pool, games room, and delicious breakfast made our family feel at home. the friendly staff and beautiful design added to the relaxed vibe we loved. exceeded all expectations!

The location was not ideal for walking around as the hotel is situated along a narrow road. the "Bike" bedroom was a bit small and lacked a bedside table and lamp on one side of the bed, making it inconvenient for night-time reading.

The breakfast was delicious with fresh, homemade pastries. it was a truly enjoyable experience.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a limited amount of hot water for showers and the need to bring personal toiletries like conditioner and toothpaste, the owner and staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. They promptly addressed any issues we encountered, including moving us to a different room and changing the bed sheets.
