We had the best time staying at our hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect - right in the heart of the old city and just a short walk to the metro station. We loved exploring the vibrant neighborhood and trying out different restaurants and bars nearby. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed the delicious complimentary treats and the daily supply of fresh water.

There was a minor issue with water leaking from the shower cubicle. However, the overall experience was still fantastic.

This hotel is a great find! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice balconies or fantastic views from some of them. The breakfast is also great, with a beautiful view of the city.

My recent stay at My Story Hotel Augusta was fantastic. I stayed here for a week and it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel's location on the main strip made it easy to access food, the metro, and tourist attractions. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and beautifully laid out. The staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, making my stay even more comfortable. If you're fortunate enough to get a room on the top floor, the view is absolutely amazing. Plus, when the doors are closed, you can't hear any outside city noise. I've definitely found my perfect place for future visits to Lisbon.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel located on the main pedestrian street. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The room was spacious and had a modern design. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the free bottle of water and the small treat they provided. The hotel was close to many attractions and I enjoyed being able to open the multiple windows in my room to soak in the city atmosphere.

Had a good easter, the hotel location was spot-on, close to main square and transportation. Room clean, bed comfortable, breakfast good with a variety of options. Appreciated the free water and sweets left in the room. Staff helpful and friendly.

Shower system not good, water flooded the bathroom no matter how careful I was. Room was small, barely had any space to move around.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room itself was cozy and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The staff went above and beyond in terms of customer service, even arranging a surprise for my husband's birthday without us mentioning it.

The morning meal could use some improvement, maybe by adding more variety to the breakfast options.
