The Octant hotel in Ponta Delgada exceeded our expectations as vegetarians and vegans. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious plant-based options.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and easily accessible for dolphin and whale watching tours. The rooms are spacious with stunning views of the marina, and the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped. The staff provide excellent service and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also has a gym and plans to add a spa in the future.

The walls of the hotel seem to be quite thin, as I was disturbed by very loud talking in the hallway at 7am.

The value for money at Octant was excellent, with beautiful rooms and huge comfy beds. The location was convenient, with everything nearby, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by using fresh eggs for the omelettes and scrambled eggs, instead of eggs from a carton.

The hotel itself was brand new and beautifully designed, with modern decor and spacious rooms. The restaurant served delicious local cuisine for both breakfast and dinner, and the penthouse bar was a highlight, offering a unique and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Octant for a memorable stay in Ponta Delgada.
