The value for money at Mountain Courtyard was excellent, with a modern and proper room that had the best bathroom of our India trip. The location in the mountains was fantastic, providing a heavenly balcony view and peaceful surroundings. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and provided top-notch service.

The only thing that could have enhanced the breakfast experience was adding some background music in the restaurant for a better atmosphere.

I recently stayed at The Mountain Courtyard for a relaxing getaway. The staff was attentive and friendly, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The Chef's food demos were a highlight, and the food throughout our stay was delicious. The property itself was aesthetically pleasing, with beautiful architecture and a large, clean swimming pool. Mr. Prabhu, the Guest Relations manager, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The spa experience was rejuvenating, and we even spotted a giant Malabar squirrel from our balcony.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a spectacular panorama that took our breath away. the privacy of our balcony added to the overall experience and made it even more enjoyable. Additionally, the prompt room service and the friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant were some of the positive highlights of our stay.

Our experience at this hotel was marred by a few negative aspects. the staff were not up to par, with poor response times and some of the restaurant staff being rude.

I had a wonderful time at The Mountain Courtyard. My cottage was upgraded and the staff was nice. The amenities were clean and the hot water was available 24/7. The view from our room on the 3rd floor was brilliant and the balcony was perfect for enjoying our drinks. The staff, especially Abin, were some of the sweetest people we met. The complimentary tea/coffee session in the garden was delightful, and the hotel proactively gave us a discount on the food bill, which was a very sweet gesture. The valet parking service was always accompanied by a smile.
