The value for money at Mountain Courtyard was excellent, with a modern and proper room that had the best bathroom of our India trip. The location in the mountains was fantastic, providing a heavenly balcony view and peaceful surroundings. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and provided top-notch service.

The only thing that could have enhanced the breakfast experience was adding some background music in the restaurant for a better atmosphere.

I recently stayed at The Mountain Courtyard for a relaxing getaway. The staff was attentive and friendly, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The Chef's food demos were a highlight, and the food throughout our stay was delicious. The property itself was aesthetically pleasing, with beautiful architecture and a large, clean swimming pool. Mr. Prabhu, the Guest Relations manager, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The spa experience was rejuvenating, and we even spotted a giant Malabar squirrel from our balcony.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The location of the hotel is superb, nestled up in the hills and offering stunning views of the surrounding jungle. It is conveniently close to the boating station in the nature reserve, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is generally pleasant, and the hotel offers some nice amenities such as tea and banana fritters in the afternoon.

Beautiful property, with a lovely garden and great facilities like swimming pool, swings, and hammocks. Courteous staff, especially at the restaurant. The food exceeded expectations. Convenient location for activities in the area.

The location of this resort is amazing! Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers stunning views of the hills in the distance. the rooms are very spacious and well-maintained and the best part is the personal balcony on two sides which is perfect for relaxing. the resort grounds are refreshing and the staff are very courteous. Tea and fritters in the afternoon were a nice touch, and the desserts provided at the buffet were delicious.

The service in the restaurant was a bit inconsistent. the design theme of the restaurant felt poorly executed and the buffet room felt like a canteen.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a spectacular panorama that took our breath away. the privacy of our balcony added to the overall experience and made it even more enjoyable. Additionally, the prompt room service and the friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant were some of the positive highlights of our stay.

I had a wonderful time at The Mountain Courtyard. My cottage was upgraded and the staff was nice. The amenities were clean and the hot water was available 24/7. The view from our room on the 3rd floor was brilliant and the balcony was perfect for enjoying our drinks. The staff, especially Abin, were some of the sweetest people we met. The complimentary tea/coffee session in the garden was delightful, and the hotel proactively gave us a discount on the food bill, which was a very sweet gesture. The valet parking service was always accompanied by a smile.

the spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, outdoor dining area and garden area were truly first-class. the full body massage was divine and was an excellent way to unwind after a busy day exploring the beautiful surrounds.

The hotel is situated up a steep hill, which can be difficult to climb with heavy bags. Additionally, there were a few minor issues such as the lack of background music in the restaurant and some noise from the bathroom in the studio below.
