The value for money at this hotel is great and the room was fantastic - clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was convenient, away from the busy city but still accessible. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient shuttle service and excellent wifi throughout the hotel. The staff at the service desk went above and beyond, helping us contact our tour guide and addressing our concerns promptly. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh juices, omelette station, pastries, salads, and more. The pool area looked inviting, and the room was clean and comfortable.

We felt very well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. The spa and wellness center, swimming pool and beauty treatments are top-notch. In addition, the in-room breakfast and restaurant options are great. The location allows for easy access to the airport and main tourist attractions.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of outdoor facilities such as sun loungers and beach umbrellas. However, this was not a major problem as the indoor leisure and TV room was fantastic.

Good night sleep with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The room service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were efficient throughout my stay. The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient, making it perfect for a layover.

I recently stayed at a five-star hotel near the airport and had a wonderful experience. The hotel, Eastin Grand, was truly luxurious and spacious. The staff provided premium service and were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially loved the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious food options. Additionally, the hotel had a useful application for communicating with the housekeeping staff, making my stay even more convenient.

The room was quite spacious and had a nice decor. the breakfast had a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. the location of the hotel was not too bad and the staff at the reception were reasonably helpful.

The swimming pool was closed several times during my stay for private functions, and I was not informed about it beforehand. there was a bad smell on one of the floors and the carpets seemed dirty.

We particularly enjoyed the helpful staff, especially Tu, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location was convenient, not too far from the airport but still away from the busy and noisy traffic.

The facilities were also described as old by some guests, suggesting that they may be in need of an upgrade. the location was not ideal for those wanting to explore the main attractions, as they were about 4km away.
