We received a warm welcome with a bottle of wine, coffee, fruit, and crackers, setting the tone for a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. Nuno, the host, was exceptional and always available to answer our questions promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay and can't wait to return next year.

We booked the apartment on short notice and the team made everything possible to also get a baby bed at 9.30 pm. The apartment is bright and sunny with a well-stocked kitchen. The location is great, close to restaurants and attractions but not too loud. The layout and furnishings of the apartment are impressive, and the Juliette balcony keeps noise and light out. The hosts were attentive and the check-in process was easy. We also discovered Edelweiss bistro nearby and loved it. Nuno gave perfect instructions upon arrival, and everything inside was clean and nice. The modern feel of the apartment and the welcome basket including a bottle of local wine were wonderful touches.

The apartment was on the second floor and only accessible by stairs, which made it a bit inconvenient with luggage. the lack of a complete emergency kit and the presence of broken glass on the floor were safety concerns.

The apartment was in a great location, close to public transportation and the city center. It was also very clean, which was a plus. the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped.

One major downside was the steep stairs leading up to the apartments. It was quite difficult to bring our luggage up, especially for older or less fit individuals.
